Laboratory Operations Intern (12-month Co-op/Internship)

The intern will maintain laboratory inventories, restock supplies, and perform routine maintenance on lab equipment. They will also support lab users, document best practices, and ensure the facility remains compliant with regulatory requirements.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field to join our Laboratory Operations team as a co-op or intern for a 12 month term, starting in January 2027.

This position is ideal for an individual with a strong interest in laboratory operations, who is keen to learn how we ensure our lab teams are well supported and have everything they need for their day-to-day operations.

You will be working together with our dynamic team on maintaining inventories, supporting the lab teams with various lab services, and keeping our labs in the best working condition.

While in this on-site position, based in beautiful Vancouver, you will receive guidance and supervision from experienced team members within the Lab Operations team.

The internship is designed to offer exposure to real-world projects and the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of antibody-based medicines from target to clinic within Canada.

AbCellera’s hiring range for this role is CAD $3,400 - $3,800 per month, commensurate with your education and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
