  • Manage the lands acquisition component of capital plan projects, as assigned.

What it takes:

  • Extensive knowledge of BC laws and regulations related to real estate.
  • Knowledge of valuation techniques, particularly as they relate to real estate, Statutory Rights of Way (SRW) agreements, survey plans and other real estate related documentation.
  • Excellent decision-making skills to apply superior judgment, strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Great interpersonal skills to negotiate solutions, effectively persuade, develop agreements, reach resolutions, and building respectful working relationships.

In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
