Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a line cook
  • Criminal record check within 30 days
  • Must obtain Food Safety course within 90 days of hire
  • Excellent culinary skills, possesses the ability to perform all functions in the culinary operations
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
  • Experience with maintaining kitchen equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Knowledge of governmental and safety regulations
