We are currently hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join our Berezan LRS Coquitlam Team.

In this position you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager, playing a pivotal role in daily operations and shaping the overall guest experience.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborating with the Store Manager in staff management.
• Assisting in maintaining pristine product presentation.
• Supporting in product management.
• Upholding and reinforcing company policies and procedures.
• Assisting in achieving budget goals.
• Contributing to the execution of seasonal changes and promotions.
• Encouraging Wow guest service alongside the Store Manager.

Knowledge and Skill requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering excellence in customer service.
• Preferred management experience, demonstrating your leadership skills.
• Stellar time management and prioritization abilities.
• Talent in training and motivating staff for peak performance.
• Skill in monitoring and assessing staff to ensure consistent quality.
• Basic office administration skills to manage daily tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication for smooth interactions.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for swift issue resolution.
• Capability to plan and organize work effectively.
• Diplomatic skills, including negotiating and conflict resolution.
• A positive, professional, and responsive attitude is essential.
• Meticulous record-keeping skills to uphold accuracy.

• Total compensation starting at $52,000.00 to $54,000.00 plus bi-annual bonus.
