- Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain working relationships, in French and English;
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French;
- Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English in order to interact with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, partners, and colleagues at the national level;
- High level of autonomy and ability to handle last-minute requests;
- Excellent team management and conflict resolution skills;
- High geographic mobility;
- Valid driver's license;
- Knowledge of construction machinery would be an asset;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
- Plan equipment requirements based on the site team's needs in collaboration with the superintendent and foremen;
- Plan and schedule delivery appointments;
- Manage the fleet in coordination with the regional logistics coordinator;
- Update the tracking database with the required equipment and tools;
- Create and maintain an equipment forecasting model for all equipment suppliers;
- Ensure the site has all the equipment necessary to complete the job;
- Manage repairs and asset returns.
