- Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 (CAD) annually

- Lead a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and support the maintenance team, providing direction, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
- Ensure high-quality, responsive maintenance services that support the operational needs of the sawmill, planer mill, and kilns.
- Manage departmental budgets, work plans, and maintenance systems to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- At least one of the following: Journey Level Millwright, Welder, Machinist or similar ticket, or post-secondary education related to the maintenance of equipment
- 3 years of experience in wood products manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment
- 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating maintenance personnel in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Bilingualism in French and English
