We’re looking for a strategic and execution‑focused Manager, Product Marketing to support marketing for our Workplace Benefits & Retirement business. This role is accountable for translating product and customer insight into clear positioning, compelling go-to-market strategies and effective marketing execution across the customer lifecycle.
This role is ideal for a product marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and insight-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
The base salary for this position is between $96,200 - $146,200 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.

What You’ll Do
- Product Marketing
- Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced products, services and initiatives ensuring business alignment and strong customer experiences
- Develop clear product positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions that resonate with plan sponsors and advisors and guide downstream marketing
- Define and document launch strategies, key messages, success measures and activation plans
- Insights and execution
- Apply customer, market and competitive insight to inform messaging, campaign strategy and prioritization
- Translate complex products and technical concepts into simple, engaging, customer-friendly language
- Partner closely with Brand, Communications, Digital, Experience, Product and Sales Enablement teams
- Performance and optimization
- Define, monitor and report on marketing performance and utilization, leveraging insights to optimize ongoing and future efforts
- Contribute to a test-and-learn approaches and continuous improvement using digital analytics and marketing best practices
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in product marketing supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives that include segmentation, positioning, value proposition development and multi-channel activation
- Experience within financial services, insurance, workplace benefits, retirement or a regulated industry is a strong asset
