A Day in the Life
As a Marketing Activation Specialist for our Luxe Division in Montreal, you will report to the Brand Activation Lead and be the driving force behind the execution of our go-to-market strategies. You will orchestrate impactful activations across both online and offline channels, ensuring our prestigious brands captivate consumers at every touchpoint.

A Day in the Life
As a Marketing Activation Specialist for our Luxe Division in Montreal, you will report to the Brand Activation Lead and be the driving force behind the execution of our go-to-market strategies. You will orchestrate impactful activations across both online and offline channels, ensuring our prestigious brands captivate consumers at every touchpoint.
- Retail & Campaign Activation: You will lead the execution of new product launches and campaigns for each retailer, coordinating with sales, merchandising, and retail teams to hit sales targets and ensure a flawless in-store and online presence.
- Content & Material Coordination: You will manage the creation and localization of compelling content for all activations, from in-store displays (PLV) to digital assets, ensuring they align perfectly with our brand guidelines.
- Performance & Reporting: You will analyze the performance of brand activations across all sales channels, transforming data into actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You will act as a key liaison between the marketing and commercial teams, working closely with Key Account Managers to develop GTM plans and build persuasive buyer presentations.

- Retail Activation: Proven ability to manage and execute online and offline activation plans, from in-store merchandising to events.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple product launches, campaigns, and stakeholder timelines effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply) and external partners (Agencies, Retailers).
- Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with the capacity to track performance, analyze results, and generate insightful reports.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of the retail landscape, consumer behavior, and financial metrics to drive brand growth.
