Saint-Gobain is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role will lead Bailey Metal Products Limited, marketing while supporting select Saint-Gobain Canada corporate brand and communications initiatives. The successful candidate will strengthen the Bailey Metal Products Limited brand, support product growth, and contribute to Saint-Gobain's visibility across key industry channels.


The person will be responsible for marketing content, product launch campaigns, digital platforms, and customer-facing collateral. The role will also support corporate brand programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams on sponsorships, events, sustainability, resiliency, and solutions-focused initiatives.


What will you do:

  • Lead content and collateral management, including catalogues, specification sheets, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns supporting new Bailey product launches.
  • Lead the redesign and enhancement of the Bailey website to improve the customer experience and brand engagement.
  • Oversee social media content planning, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement.
  • Track and analyze website and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager on the planning and execution of sponsorships, industry events, and trade show.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing displays, product samples, and promotional materials.
  • Lead key sponsorship initiatives, including the Architectural Student sponsorship.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to deliver marketing programs on time and within budget.
  • Support the Director of Brand & Communication in the development and execution of select Saint-Gobain Canada corporate brand and communications initiatives.
  • Develop content and communications supporting key Saint-Gobain priorities, including sustainability, resiliency, innovation, and solutions-focused initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross-business-unit marketing projects, helping ensure consistent messaging, branding, timelines, and execution.


What will you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, manufacturing, building products, or construction-related environment.
  • Experience managing product launches, digital marketing initiatives, and content development.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with website analytics, social media platforms, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and external vendors.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A creative, data-informed approach to decision-making.

Certain provinces require pay information to be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $85 000 to $95 000 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
