About The Role

This is an opportunity to take the lead, make your mark, and shape the future of our Winnipeg Customer Fulfillment Centre. As a hands-on operational leader, you'll have the autonomy to influence culture, elevate performance, and build an operation you're proud to own.

Who You Are

You're an experienced operations leader who is comfortable taking charge, making decisions, and holding people accountable. You know how to build trust while having tough conversations when they're needed.

What You Bring

• Experience leading teams in warehouse, logistics, distribution, transportation, or fulfillment.
• A track record of influencing team culture, accountability, or operational performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• The confidence to work independently and make decisions in a standalone operation.
• A genuine interest in developing people and continuously improving how things work.
  
  

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, Kronos, Roadnet, or similar operational systems
  
  

What You'll Do

• Lead the building — Own the day-to-day operation and create a safe, productive, and positive environment.
• Build accountability — Set clear expectations, coach your team, address challenges, and recognize great performance.
• Drive results — Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, and efficiency.
• Be hands-on — Spend the majority of your day on the warehouse floor, staying connected to your people and the operation.
• Own the details — From inventory and staffing to building maintenance, security, payroll, and operational costs, you'll take ownership of what happens on site.
• Partner for success — Work closely with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  
  

Facility Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
