Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise CRM transformation initiative. This role will contribute to the implementation and evolution of an enterprise CRM platform designed to modernize client engagement, streamline service delivery, and consolidate legacy CRM applications into a scalable, reusable solution framework.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, quality assurance teams, and project leadership to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design CRM solutions that maximize platform capabilities while minimizing customization. This position requires strong business analysis expertise, CRM knowledge, Agile delivery experience, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure CRM capabilities are effectively leveraged to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, workflow analysis sessions, and requirements gathering activities.
  • Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and re-engineering.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
  • Develop and maintain business analysis artifacts including requirements documentation, use cases, workflow diagrams, and business process models.
  • Work closely with development, quality assurance, and product teams to ensure requirements are accurately delivered within project releases.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM functionality and best practices.
  • Recommend solutions that maximize platform capabilities, reusability, and standardization while minimizing customization.
  • Support data migration initiatives by defining data requirements and validating migration outcomes.
  • Create release documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation.
  • Facilitate end-user training sessions and adoption activities.
  • Support Quality Assurance, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and post-production support activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure artifacts remain current throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Communicate project updates, enhancements, risks, issues, and recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as:
    • Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot
    • Other enterprise CRM solutions
  • Hands-on experience gathering and documenting CRM requirements, including:
    • Contact Management
    • Account Management
    • Case Management
    • Service Requests
    • Work Orders
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements elicitation, and process analysis techniques.
  • Experience developing:
    • Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
    • Functional Specifications
    • User Stories
    • Process Maps
    • Use Cases
    • Workflow Documentation
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments using iterative methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes, customer engagement workflows, and service management concepts.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM.
  • Experience supporting enterprise CRM implementation or transformation programs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for backlog management, user story development, and Agile delivery tracking.
  • Experience supporting data migration initiatives between CRM platforms.
  • Experience creating training materials and delivering end-user training.
  • Experience working within public sector, government, or large enterprise environments.
  • Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM certification.
  • Experience working within cloud-based and composable architecture environments.
  • Knowledge of Angular, Azure, and modern enterprise application ecosystems.
