- Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
- Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.
- Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
- Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company’s clients.
- To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
- Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
- Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.
- Proven merchandising and retail sales experience in a grocery, drug store or big box setting is preferred.
- Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential.
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work.
- Can read and execute planograms.
- Possesses strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
- Has a self-starter mindset, thriving under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic Merchandiser role.
- Shows enthusiasm and maintains a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
