What You'll Do
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts inquiries and recommendations
- Source, quote, and order automotive parts accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory, receiving, and stock organization
- Support repair orders and help keep workflow moving through the service department
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and customers
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory control
- Previous experience in a dealership or aftermarket parts environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and ordering systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
