The Role


The successful candidate will take ownership of the performance of a portfolio of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they achieve key business objectives including lead generation, cost efficiency, and return on advertising spend. Working closely with strategy, creative, and development teams, this individual will build, launch, monitor, and continually optimize campaigns across multiple paid media channels. This is a hands-on opportunity for an analytical marketing professional who enjoys using data to inform decisions, improve campaign performance, and deliver exceptional results for a variety of accounts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and display plat
  • formsMonitor campaign performance and optimize against KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and pipeline growth.
  • Manage media budgets, pacing, and spend allocation to maximize campaign performance.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Prepare insightful performance reports with clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Present campaign results and performance updates to stakeholders with confidence.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, testing, and campaign execution


Requirements


  • 3+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience within an agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn and/or programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution.
  • Experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage campaign budgets and optimize media spend.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day marketing workflows.
