The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors

As part of our team you will...

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer demand, forecast, and available capacity.
• Monitor production progress daily and adjust schedules to address changing priorities, material shortages, or capacity constraints Control of current orders and processing of deviations
• Identify production bottlenecks and work proactively with operations teams to implement corrective actions.
• Perform capacity planning and workload balancing across work centers to optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare and present production status reports, backlog analysis, and recovery plans to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives to enhance planning and scheduling processes.
• Conduct capacity and production simulations to evaluate the feasibility of new programs, customer orders, and engineering changes.
• Provide ongoing reporting including data preparation for strategic decision-making
• Evaluate and implement optimization and improvement measures

You're a good fit if you have....

• Completed technical or commercial education or relevant experience
• Experience in production planning
• Relevant experience with an ERP system
• Hands-on mentality and high dedication
• A structured, accurate and team-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in English/French (written/spoken)
