About The Role
Job Overview:
As a Power BI Developer, you will play a dual role—developing impactful business intelligence solutions while also building strong relationships with potential clients. You will design, develop, and maintain business analytics dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights for clients. Additionally, you will help explain the value of Power BI and other technology solutions to prospective clients, ensuring they understand how our offerings can solve their business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their data analytics needs and offering customized BI solutions.
Solution Development: Design, create, and manage Power BI reports and dashboards that transform raw data into meaningful insights.
Data Analysis: Work with clients to analyze business data, identify trends, and provide solutions that improve business performance.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
Technical Expertise: Advise clients on the best Power BI practices, data modeling, DAX expressions, and report optimization.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to present Power BI solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of data-driven decision-making.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Power BI features, and incorporate new tools and methodologies to improve client solutions.
Training: Provide client training sessions and documentation to ensure users can efficiently navigate and use Power BI tools.
Lead Generation Support: Assist in generating leads through strategic conversations and presentations that highlight our BI solutions.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence Specialist.
- Strong technical skills in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query, and visualization best practices.
- Experience with data integration from multiple data sources like SQL, Excel, and cloud-based databases.
- Strong understanding of database management and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Proven ability to understand client business challenges and develop technical solutions that address these issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
- Familiarity with business process analysis and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
