What Role You Will Play In Our Team
Imperial is seeking a Procurement Contract Manager Associate to support critical business operations across Canada by managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving value through effective procurement strategies.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement colleagues to deliver cost-effective solutions, ensure continuity of supply, and support business objectives through sound commercial decision-making.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement colleagues to deliver cost-effective solutions, ensure continuity of supply, and support business objectives through sound commercial decision-making.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of contracts and supplier relationships that support business operations.
- Lead sourcing activities and contract negotiations to deliver value and mitigate risk.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop procurement solutions.
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing data to support sourcing decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost, service, quality, and supplier performance.
- Support the development and execution of category and procurement strategies.
- Monitor contract compliance and manage contract amendments, renewals, and pricing updates.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve commercial and supply-related challenges.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, processes, and controls.
- SCMP or similar procurement/supply chain designation.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, Manufacturing, or other industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes and contract management practices.
- Experience supporting capital projects, maintenance, operations, or materials procurement.
