About The Position
The operator is responsible for preparing the mixtures as well as adjusting and maintaining the drying operation of the tower.
What You'll Do
- Takes the necessary instructions for his or her function with the team leader.
- Maintain constructive relationships with other departments and services that may be used for his/her position.
- Ensure adequate communication and information to your supervisor and to employees.
- Execute decisions made by the production manager and team leader in an efficient and timely manner.
- Arrange for tasks to be performed in accordance with ISO, HACCP, FMQS and other standards and procedures in the company.
- Learn about manufacturing protocols, maintenance plans, facility utilization and cleaning programs
- Production of products in powder or liquid form.
- Regular cleaning of the premises, machines, production workshop.
- Daily tidying up of the workstation.
- Follow and adhere to the manufacturing program.
- Comply with safety, hygiene and quality instructions and company regulations.
- Operate the atomization tower and all other production equipment.
- Ensure the quality of the manufactured product.
- Operate a forklift according to the training received.
- Follow work and manufacturing procedures and instructions.
