Does playing a key role in optimizing our data management processes appeal to you? Your mission will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of product data across our various internal systems. You will help drive this process forward by analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement, proposing potential solutions, and creating and developing tools within the context of AI development.
Through your attention to detail and the quality of the information you maintain, you will directly contribute to the performance of our collections, the value creation of our products by maintaining reliable and structured databases, as well as the efficiency of our operations in Canada and internationally.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Identify and propose opportunities for improvement related to product data management and assist master file clerks in ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of a large volume of product data (90,000+ SKUs)
- Create and maintain product records (parts, accessories, apparel, variants, technical attributes)
- Clean, transform, and structure data, and use internal management systems to analyze and explore this data
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools focused on product data quality
- Conduct clear, concise, and in-depth analyses to support decision-making
- Evaluate the impact of initiatives and make recommendations to improve performance
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects within the team
With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analysis, information technology, business analytics, business intelligence, mathematics, or a related field
- Experience in data management and multi-system environments (ERP)
- Excel: advanced level
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query)
- Ability to rigorously analyze large volumes of data
- Excellent analytical skills
- Focus on continuous improvement, a proactive attitude, and problem-solving
- Required French proficiency: excellent
- Required English proficiency: written comprehension for processing qualitative data
- Experience in product data management (attributes, hierarchies, substitutes)
- Interest in the motorsports industry
