Starting pay: $25.03 + $1 Shift Differential
Shift: Must be able to work 1st Shift - 515 am to 3:15 pm Monday to Thursday or 2nd Shift 3 pm - 1 am Monday to Thursday. Mandatory overtime on Friday when needed

Job Responsibilities
- Perform all duties according to SOP’s, GMP’s and all other established safety standards and company policies.
- Correctly complete all documentation as per SOP’s and GMP requirements, i.e., observations, test results, batch record information, etc.
- Notify management in the event of a departure from procedure, product defect, safety incident or other serious problem.
- All Mixing operators are required to be test fitted to wear a respirator as part of the required PPE, along with other PPE.
- Dismantle, clean, sanitize and assemble processing equipment according to established SOPs to ensure hygiene compliance.
- Safely operate all required equipment and machinery including those used to manufacture, store, clean and transport production related assets
- Execute applicable SAP transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Effectively process batches within specifications to meet department batch execution targets by ensuring optimal cycle times in support of schedule adherence.
- Complete daily administrative tasks and in a timely manner
- Ensure the proper selection, care and use of tools, parts and equipment while performing all job-related duties.
- Escalate manufacturing related issues to the appropriate support groups (QA, Process, Maintenance, Operations) and help in the resolution and 5 why analysis.
- Recommend and actively support the implementation of process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis of FRB batches.
- Maintain 5S standards.
- Actively seeks and accepts positive and constructive feedback from colleagues.
- Works effectively with team members in support of team and department goals.
- Actively embraces cross training initiatives across departments.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and written.
- Perform any related duties as assigned.

- Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
- MUST pass the test fit for wearing a respirator.
- Ability to operate FLT or Reach Trucks an asset.
