As Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a team and play a key role in the safety, quality, and performance of our Sault Ste. Marie I-Joist Mill. You’ll engage and develop your team, improve production processes, and collaborate across the business to deliver strong operational results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We Offer

What You’ll Do

• Safety: Champion safety standards, lead by example, and ensure compliance across all operations.
• Performance: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maximize product quality and recovery.
• Quality: Oversee manufacturing quality, ensuring products meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Teamwork: Engage and support production and maintenance workers to achieve targets and address challenges.
• Culture: Foster open communication and support excellence throughout the team.
  
  

What You Offer

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and support teams in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience: 3 years in sawmill, planer, or related operations (preferred), with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Technical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; computer competency, especially in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with lumber manufacturing, machine maintenance, and process optimization is an asset.
