Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Compensation And Benefits
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test

Straight Shift Timing on Afternoon Shift (4:30 PM-1:00AM) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.

Compensation And Benefits
- Starting wages of $20.55/hr
- Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
- Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
- Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)
- Benefits start from Day 1 – 90% Medical, 80% Dental, Variety of Paramedical Coverage ($500/service)
- Uniforms are Provided + Yearly Allowance + Yearly Safety Boot Allowance

- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Produce Quality products
- Meet hourly production quotas
- Document daily production
