Join our team as a Project Manager in Saint John, NB ! In this role, you will lead construction projects across the region, guiding teams through day to day execution while ensuring strong safety practices and high quality project delivery. You’ll play a key role in driving project success by coordinating resources, maintaining customer relationships, and keeping projects on track from planning through completion.

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Liaise with clients, maintaining ownership of day-to-day relationships with key decision makers, project teams, and site personnel.
  • Plan and control the construction of allocated projects to ensure completion in accordance with design requirements, schedules, and cost restraints.
  • Lead the project team in preparing economical and professional plans and specifications.
  • Identify opportunities to add customer value, including evaluating cost‑effectiveness of design and material selection.
  • Oversee tendering, contract awards, and contract management.
  • Prepare budgets and track cost reporting.
  • Quantify design and scope changes.
  • Manage progress claims and change orders with customers.
  • Act as a coach, mentor, and resource regarding safety issues for the project team.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in construction projects of varying size and scope.
  • P.Eng and/or PMP considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and project management methodologies.
  • Broad understanding of building codes and Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
  • Critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively influence others and resolve technical or project issues.
  • Availability to travel within Atlantic Canada and across Canada.
