Full Job Description

The project manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, management, and monitoring of construction projects, from awarding the contract to its completion. They ensure the successful execution of projects by adhering to budgets, schedules, quality standards, and contractual requirements , while fostering effective communication among all stakeholders.

Main responsibilities

• To plan, coordinate and ensure the complete management of projects , from the awarding of contracts to their administrative closure.
• Establish, manage and monitor project budgets , timelines, cost forecasts and profitability targets.
• Prepare, negotiate and award contracts and purchase orders with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage directives, contractual amendments, additional work, QRTs, shop drawings and all contractual documentation.
• Coordinate activities and work with superintendents, subcontractors, professionals, suppliers and clients to ensure efficient project execution.
• Participate in site meetings , monitor decisions taken and ensure that required actions are carried out.
• Ensure financial monitoring of projects , including invoicing, payments, costs incurred, budget variances and profitability.
• Identify and anticipate potential risks, challenges and discrepancies , particularly in terms of costs and deadlines, and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Ensure proactive and transparent communication with the various stakeholders throughout the project.
• Keep project files up to date in Dreeven and ensure their administrative closure in accordance with established procedures.
