What You’ll Do
Within your first 3–6 months, you should be able to confidently read and understand production orders, apply the manufacturing standards for the products you inspect, recognize defects, communicate required corrections, and complete packaging accurately and efficiently.

This is an entry-level Quality Control opportunity, so we’re looking for potential as much as previous experience.

This is a hands-on, facility-based position in Edmonton, AB with no travel required. You’ll spend your day working directly with finished products and the production team and should be comfortable standing for extended periods.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect finished slings to ensure they meet manufacturing standards.
- Verify finished and packaged products against production paperwork.
- Identify defects and communicate required corrections to the production team.
- Document non-conformances when quality requirements are not met.
- Wrap and package completed slings neatly and efficiently.
- Work closely with production employees to maintain consistent quality.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Confidence raising and explaining quality concerns professionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Dependable, safety-conscious approach to your work.
- Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience.
- Manufacturing or industrial production experience.
- Experience with rigging, lifting equipment, cranes, or inspection.
- Exposure to a Quality Management System (QMS), internal audits, corrective/preventive actions, or root-cause analysis.
