About The Role
We are seeking a professional, outgoing, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests, customers, and team members. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where exceptional customer service is a priority.
Hours
In addition to front-desk responsibilities, you will maintain accurate customer and visitor records, update profiles and databases, manage visitor logs, and ensure all administrative documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
This position requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with various departments to support daily operations and enhance the overall customer experience.

About The Role

- Full-time hours are: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Answering and referring inbound telephone calls in a friendly manner, and ensuring the accuracy of profiles and log sheets.
- Greet, welcome, and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Provide accurate information and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Maintain visitor logs, customer profiles, and administrative records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor reception and waiting areas to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, mail distribution, and document management.
- Support internal teams with scheduling, communication, and other clerical duties as required.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
