About Monster Energy

Forget about blending in. That's not our style. We're the risk takers, the trailblazers, the game-changers. We're not perfect and we don't pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. Our drive is just like our athletes, unrivaled. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become on along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

A Day In The Life

As a Region Manager at Monster Energy, you'll lead a team of field sales professionals while partnering closely with bottler leadership to drive execution, volume growth, and market share across your assigned territory. Each day, you'll collaborate with bottler partners and key retail customers to execute joint business plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment on strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You'll spend time coaching and developing your team in the field, conducting market visits, analyzing performance metrics, and influencing execution at every level of the bottler organization. Through strong leadership, relationship management, and operational excellence, you'll deliver exceptional business results while bringing the Monster Energy brand to life in the marketplace.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team to deliver annual business objectives, execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives, and drive sustainable volume growth. Build and execute joint business plans, identify opportunities for expansion, and utilize key performance metrics to measure success across the region.

Champion Monster Energy's regional and national initiatives through effective partnership and influence.
  • Attract, develop, coach, and retain top sales talent by fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Provide ongoing performance management, field coaching, and development opportunities to maximize individual and team success.
  • Leverage Monster Energy's sales systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools, training resources, and market intelligence capabilities to drive productivity, uncover growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across the region.
  • Lead the development and execution of distributor training programs focused on product knowledge, sales strategies, category leadership, and promotional initiatives. Influence distributor performance through ride-alongs, business reviews, sales presentations, and collaborative planning sessions with internal and external partners.
  • Drive marketplace execution against quarterly priorities, including innovation launches, distribution gains, display excellence, and cold and ambient equipment placement initiatives. Partner with distributor teams and field sales personnel to ensure consistent execution and achievement of performance targets.
  • Plan, lead, and execute regional crew drives, market audits, business reviews, sales meetings, promotional events, sampling programs, and customer-facing initiatives. Maintain ownership of all aspects of event strategy and execution, including planning, communication, customer engagement, sales presentations, and post-event performance evaluation.
  • Analyze market conditions, competitive activity, and sales trends to identify risks and opportunities, developing actionable strategies that strengthen market share, improve execution, and accelerate business growth throughout the region.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience within the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industry preferred.
