We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our retail operations team and drive operational excellence. As a General Manager, you will champion our selling model, inspire a customer-first mentality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving business and financial results, developing talent, and enhancing customer experiences.

Specifically, you will

  • Drive Operational and Sales Excellence: Model and nurture our sales culture to add value for our customers. Oversee all aspects of Brand Standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leadership: Lead by example and with purpose, motivate and empower your team, and inspire exceptional customer service. Execute day-to-day floor leadership duties, making confident and purposeful decisions.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a strategic vision to promote a customer-first mentality within the team. Inspire and work through your entire store team to bring this vision to life.
  • Financial Management: Achieve business and financial targets by monitoring budgets, analyzing reports, and making informed decisions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue business development opportunities, partner with customers for B2B solutions, and drive sales conversion.
  • People Management: Manage scheduling, coach and develop talent, recruit top talent, and nurture employee engagement. Create an environment in which you and your team focus on development as a priority.
  • Communication: Disseminate business communications, initiatives, and results. Act as a change leader and ensure transparency.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance for all aspects of Health & Safety, Asset Protection (AP), Privacy, and company policies and procedures.

Some of what you need

  • 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role. Preferably as a General Manager.
  • Proven experience with achieving sales and service targets with a customer-centered approach.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, people are inspired by your communication.
  • Experience in coaching, developing talent, and managing teams
