Route Sales Associate – Barrie, ON

Old Dutch Foods Ltd. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Route Sales Associate to service retail accounts in Barrie, Ontario and surrounding areas. This is an independent role with strong growth potential in a well-established, family-owned Canadian company.

About The Role

You will deliver, sell, merchandise, and manage inventory for Old Dutch and Humpty Dumpty snack products. This includes maintaining product freshness, following delivery schedules, using handheld invoicing, and providing excellent customer service.

What You Bring

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean abstract. (delivery trucks are used and driver training is provided).
  • Reliable transportation to get you to and from work. Whether working in town or out of town. (Mileage paid where applicable)
  • Sales or retail experience (asset)
  • Ability to perform physical work and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel on occasion
