Sales Manager

Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with an established Canadian designer and manufacturer of commercial outdoor site furnishings and public-space solutions in search of an accomplished Sales Leader to join the business. Proudly manufacturing in Ontario, our client provides high-quality products for municipal, recreational, institutional, and commercial environments. The Sales Leader will have a focused mandate to build upon the company’s established presence and accelerate growth throughout the Canadian market.

Reporting to the President/Owner, the Sales Leader will develop and execute a targeted Canadian sales strategy while building relationships with municipalities, landscape architects, consultants, contractors, developers and other key decision-makers. Working alongside established distributors and channel partners, the Sales Leader will focus particularly on influencing projects early in the design and specification process, creating opportunities before they reach formal tender or procurement.

Our ideal candidate will bring proven Sales and Business Development success within site furnishings, architectural products, municipal infrastructure, recreational products or another specification-driven market. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and commercially astute, the Sales Leader will combine strong relationship-building skills with market awareness and disciplined business development. This is an opportunity to take ownership of Canadian market growth with a well-established manufacturer supported by strong Product Engineering, Manufacturing and product-quality capabilities.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $65,000 - $80,000 with a commission structure in place and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
