What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales within the Vancouver Island Area. You’ll visit retail stores in your territory to execute creative merchandising initiatives, increase product visibility, and ensure our brands stand out on the shelf. You’ll also have the chance to learn about retail marketing strategies and make a real impact on the shopper’s journey.

Your day-to-day activities will include
- Travelling the sales territory by vehicle, calling on customers in store to take orders and to merchandise product displays
- Building strong relationships with store teams
- Ensuring optimal product placement and visibility
- Executing promotional programs and in-store displays
- Identifying growth opportunities and upselling
- Collaborating with internal team members to meet business goals

What You'll Bring
- 3-5+ years of experience in CPG sales, within either retail or food service; additional experience managing a sales territory is considered a strong asset
- A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance for travel within your territory
- Familiarity with the Vancouver Island area and local retail landscape
- Comfortable managing a geographically diverse territory and regularly travelling throughout Vancouver Island
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and influence store-level decision makers
- Demonstrated consultative selling, networking, and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and grow customer partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action
- Business acumen with experience planning and executing territory growth strategies
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Previous sales experience that includes the direct-store-delivery (DSD) sales model is considered a strong asset
