The person in this position is responsible for general upkeep, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of the grounds, outdoor facilities, and residences. Tasks vary depending on the season and also include occasional projects based on the direct supervisor’s instructions and according to project timelines or external contractor schedules. This role requires thoroughness, autonomy, versatility, and excellent physical condition.

What you will do

• Blow leaves and maintain the cleanliness of the grounds
• Clean patios and patio furniture
• Perform seasonal opening and closing of the property
• Mow the lawn and trim edges
• Weed gardens and flowerbeds
• Maintain the vegetable garden
• Harvest fruits, vegetables, and flowers
• Prepare flower bouquets
• Fill and maintain bird feeders
  
  

Other Tasks

• Any other related duties necessary for the proper functioning and safety of the sites.
  
  

This Position Is for You If You Have

• Good knowledge of vegetable garden maintenance
• Cooking knowledge (an asset)
• A valid driver’s license and boating license
• Excellent physical condition
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational skills
• Resourcefulness and autonomy
