Summary Of The Role
Foodtastic is seeking a Senior Director Franchising that will be responsible for supporting Franchising and Development departments. This is a strategic role that will interface cross functionally and will report to the Chief Development Officer.

Senior Director Franchising – Based in Montreal, QC or Toronto, Ontario
Summary Of The Role
Foodtastic is seeking a Senior Director Franchising that will be responsible for supporting Franchising and Development departments. This is a strategic role that will interface cross functionally and will report to the Chief Development Officer.
Your Role Will
- Work with General Counsel to interface on all legal files (internal/external).
- Will be responsible for the KINTON RAMEN brand and QSR/FSR.
- Will manage direct reports and all department communication pertaining to development.
- Assist in negotiations both internally (Franchise) and externally (Real Estate).
- Act as the Gate Keeper of the franchising process, renewals, new build and transfers for all strategic brands.
- Identify markets and partners for future growth.
- Integrate with new and existing franchisees as it pertains to real estate and development.
- Support new development, support existing sites and help us cultivate the system.
- Proven experience in the restaurant franchise management or related roles.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial analysis (P&L).
- Excellent leadership capabilities, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
