- Drive delivery of competitive and industry analysis workstreams supporting new product initiatives — managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder inputs so outputs land in time to inform product decisions and stay aligned to market trends and company objectives.
- Maintain sufficient working knowledge of capital markets, asset categories, and investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives) to credibly plan, sequence, and manage delivery of strategic assessments produced with Product and Research SMEs.

- Own end-to-end delivery execution across assigned scope, ensuring committed work is delivered predictably, safely, and in line with agreed objectives and quality expectations.
- Translate priorities into delivery plans, sequencing, and forecasts; surface constraints early and drive timely decisions and trade-offs.

- Provide consistent delivery visibility (status, milestones, risks, forecast, dependency health) to stakeholders and enterprise partners.
- Partner with enterprise stakeholders (Risk, InfoSec, Compliance, Privacy) to ensure delivery includes operational readiness, control alignment, and launch/transition planning.
- Support delivery resource stewardship by contributing to estimation, capacity planning, vendor coordination, and delivery cost awareness within established guardrails.
- Contribute to a collaborative, learning-oriented delivery culture aligned with ways of working and IGM values.
- Participate in relevant chapter activities by sharing standards, tools, templates, and lessons learned to support consistent delivery practices.
