As our new Electrician, you will be performing hands-on electrical work across production equipment, ensuring reliable operations while driving continuous improvements to work standards and processes. What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Production & Manufacturing team, you'll create impact by Maintaining and optimizing electrical systems that power the production of world-leading pump solutions, directly contributing to Grundfos's mission of pioneering sustainable water technology.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and production equipment to minimize downtime
  • Execute defined production tasks across various manufacturing equipment following established safety and quality standards
  • Diagnose electrical faults using testing instruments and schematics to ensure rapid resolution of issues
  • Identify and implement improvements to established work standards and electrical processes
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components, wiring, and control systems
  • Collaborate with production teams and maintenance colleagues to support continuous manufacturing operations

What Makes You a Great Fit

Above all, you are a hands-on, safety-conscious electrical professional with solid manufacturing experience and a proactive mindset for improving processes. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Completed electrical apprenticeship or equivalent technical certification (Journeyman Electrician license preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience as an electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
  • Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and three-phase power

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with automated production equipment and robotic systems
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of NFPA 70E and arc flash safety standards

The salary range for this position is $ 73,000.00 - $83,000.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
