What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading high-quality phone, virtual and in-person consultations with qualified prospects
- Understanding customer needs, goals, and space requirements
- Presenting cedar hot tubs, cold plunges, and saunas as premium wellness solutions
- Confidently communicating value, craftsmanship, and long-term benefits
- Closing high-ticket sales with professionalism and authority
- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first conversation to close
This Role Is For You If You:
- Have 2+ years of proven success in consultative or high-ticket sales
- Are comfortable guiding customers through significant purchase decisions
- Thrive in performance-based environments with clear targets and accountability
- Take ownership of your pipeline, numbers, and outcomes
- Are coachable, competitive, and motivated to earn at the top of the market

- Come primarily from retail or transactional sales backgrounds
