As a Salesforce Consultant at Plative, you will design and implement Salesforce solutions for a diverse range of Nonprofit clients. Candidates should possess knowledge of Salesforce's functional and technical capabilities in the Nonprofit space. You will act as a knowledgeable liaison with client executives, uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy, and create effective solutions to address the client's needs. As a part of the Plative Nonprofit Transform team, you will join a team of passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, all dedicated to improving the way social impact organizations operate. Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to deliver quality work and raise project limitations and risks early
  • Manage and facilitate project delivery and build components as necessary.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce.com core products
  • Configuration of Salesforce.com and related third party applications
  • Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy
  • Guide testing approaches for internal quality assurance and user acceptance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, methodologies, and tools relevant to the nonprofit sector

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on the nonprofit sector
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification
  • Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP experience
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relational skills
  • Aptitude for using technology and data

Desired Qualifications:

  • In-depth technical expertise in the Salesforce platform
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Flows
  • Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, website and experience design concepts and methodologies
  • Knowledge of core social sector concepts like grant management, program management, impact measurement, and fundraising
