Arobas Personnel is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a contract opportunity with one of our clients based in Ottawa.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to support the design, development, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and a proven track record delivering scalable and secure solutions within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and support ServiceNow components including workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, service catalogs, portals, dashboards, reports, notifications, and ACLs.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal or third-party systems.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements, security standards, and platform best practices.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, incidents, and defects, performing root cause analysis when required.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes, deployments, releases, and change management activities.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including requirements, configurations, testing results, and deployment records.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules such as:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• CMDB
• SAM Pro
• SecOps
• HRSD
• SPM / ITBM
• BCM
• Crisis Management
• Custom enterprise applications
• Strong experience developing and supporting:
• Workflows
• Service Catalogs
• Portals
• Reporting
• Scripting
• Integrations
• Platform automation capabilities
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex ServiceNow issues in enterprise environments.
• Experience producing technical documentation and supporting solution design discussions.
