- Welcome guests and listen carefully.
- Identify and confirm the guest’s Prime Item.
- Create clear and accurate service orders.
- Set expectations for timing, estimates, and next steps.
- Keep guests updated before they need to ask.
- Explain recommendations in clear, simple language.
- Document conversations and approvals accurately.
- Work closely with technicians, parts staff, and other advisors.
- Follow each job through to completion.
- Reach up early when support is needed.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Organization and follow-through.
- Calm problem-solving.
- Teamwork and accountability.
- A commitment to guest satisfaction.
- A willingness to learn and follow a consistent process.
