Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service team.
- Build strong customer relationships and manage the service experience from start to finish.
- Create and manage detailed work orders using a Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Communicate service recommendations, updates, and repair statuses to customers through various communication channels.
- Coordinate with technicians, administrative staff, and management to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Review completed work with customers, explain services performed, and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established service processes and procedures.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Process-oriented with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Previous automotive or mechanical experience is an asset but not required.
