Our Asset Integrity Management Team in Fort McMurray, AB is kicking off our recruitment efforts for Site HSSE Advisors for the 2026 Fall Turnaround, with an expected timeline of September - October 2026.

What will you be doing?

• Ensuring all HSSE requirements of the Project HSSE Plan are being met
• Assisting with HSSE orientations for all company Turnaround personnel
• Coordinating personal protective equipment for field personnel
• Completing daily field safety audits, providing feedback to personnel, and completing documentation
• Attending Turnaround HSSE Meetings
• Managing company incident management, reporting and investigations
• Assisting with tracking of leading and lagging HSSE indicators for monthly reports
  
  

We Think You Should Have

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an HSSE-related discipline and/or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a site-based HSSE advisor
• Current certifications, or be willing to complete at own expense, for all mandatory safety training and meet qualifications required for site access, including Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Candidates local to the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo/Fort McMurray are preferred
