As a Store Manager with our TELUS family, you'll take shared accountability for store success across Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and People. You'll make strategic, data-driven decisions, leverage insights to diagnose performance and identify opportunities, and collaborate with your team to execute a shared vision. You'll prioritize customers in every decision, balance business goals with genuine care for your people, and approach every day with an ownership and partnership mindset.
