About The Role
Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role
Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product education
- Support and guide team members during assigned shifts
- Act as a point of contact in the absence of management
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising
- Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving
- Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, ID verification, and OH&S standards
- Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell)
- Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
