Supervisor

We are searching for experienced cleaning supervisor to handle our janitorial Staffs responsibilities.

The cleaning supervisor's duties include delegation jobs to the cleaning crew recognizing and reporting incidence and keeping track of cleaning supplies. You will also have to notify management to any equipment problems that need to be repaired or replaced.

you will also be responsible to train cleaning staff in an efficient and respectful manner.

Supervisor's Duties And Responsibilities

Assigning employees tasks and inspecting their work to ensure that the job is done to our standard.

Helping schedule and finding replacements if needed.

Investigating and responding to customer complaints.

Customer service visits.

Providing employees with proper training including WHMIS.

Taking inventory of cleaning materials regularly and ordering if needed.

Dropping off supplies and equipment to employees as needed.

In the event of a staffing shortfall, you will be required to clean.

Cleaning Supervisor Requirements

Valid Driver's Licence

Cleaning experience is not necessary but it would help

Able to work 2:30pm to 11:30pm

Customer service skill

Able to communicate with staff.
