Key Position Functions Include

  • Unload equipment returns from the oil field as required.
  • Verifying material transfers and/or truck BOL’s are available from courier.
  • Dismantle and prep equipment for repair.
  • Tearing down Customer Property wellhead equipment as returned and required.
  • Find and pull equipment Reman equipment from yard stock as needed to fulfill orders.
  • Assist in maintaining yard in regards stock and general cleanliness.
  • Organize equipment to size/model, store in the appropriate section of yard, as required.
  • Dispose equipment that is deemed un-repairable.
  • Communicate returns with Shop Supervisor for processing as required
  • Inform Manager/Lead Hand to any irregularities with orders or equipment.
  • Reporting progress and any issues that may arise to the Manager.
  • Understanding and working in a team based atmosphere, while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Achieving target dates for completion of projects and tasks in a fashionably time frame, with the emphasis on producing quality work and a quality product.
  • After hours availability when required.
  • All other duties as required or assigned.

Preferred Candidates Will Possess a Combination Of The Following

  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience with hand and power tool functionality.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day.
  • Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Detail oriented, strong work ethic and good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize and possess strong organizational skills.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP would be an asset.
  • Good communication (oral and written).
