We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our Edmonton team.

What You Will Be Doing?

  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Edmonton area
  • Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs
  • Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
  • Build long term relationships with members
  • Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
  • Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development

Who Succeeds in this Role?

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

  • You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $120,000+.
