The Right Fit

Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President, Products & Manufacturing will lead a business unit responsible for manufacturing, inventory management, supply chain, vendor relationships, and product sales. This role will oversee operational and commercial functions while developing strategies to support future growth.

This position is ideal for a leader who combines strong manufacturing expertise with commercial business acumen.

Success will require an individual who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, building partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and creating high-performing teams.

Candidates from industrial consumables, environmental services, industrial manufacturing, process equipment, specialty products, engineered products, industrial distribution, or related sectors will be highly regarded.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead manufacturing operations to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for product sales and distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier and channel partner relationships
  • Oversee inventory planning, supply chain management, and working capital performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, logistics, quality, and customer service Identify opportunities for new products, markets, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Develop annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Mentor and develop operational, supply chain, and commercial team members
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term business strategy and growth initiatives
  • Scale manufacturing capacity and operational infrastructure to support future expansion.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial products, environmental services, or related sectors
  • Proven experience leading manufacturing and distribution operations
  • Strong commercial background with responsibility for sales, business development, or channel partnerships
  • Experience negotiating supplier, distribution, or strategic partnership agreements
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and operational KPI tracking
  • Demonstrated success leading teams through growth and organizational change
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field MBA or advanced business education considered an asset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
