Position Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Administrator to join our team in Brampton on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities while supporting day-to-day warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage incoming and outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with invoicing and related documentation
- Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments, including setting up trucks and deliveries
- Liaise with Customer Care to ensure timely communication and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team
- Assist with additional operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse support role is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
Salary: $20/hr
