Role Overview: This position involves loading and unloading freight, scanning, and sorting packages within a facility.
Responsibilities: Safely handle packages, operate necessary equipment, and complete all required training and recurrency courses.
Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED preferred; familiarity with FedEx Canada operations and Customs regulations is a plus. Must have good interpersonal skills, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment. Ability to operate in a PC Windows environment and complete mandatory training is essential. Bilingualism (French and English) is required for residents of Quebec.
Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record if driving is involved; flexibility to work varying shifts; and willingness to perform all assigned duties.
