Who We’re Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Trade certification or related experience considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Valid BC Class 5 or 7 driver’s license with a clean abstract
  
  

Schedule: Full‑Time

Compensation: $3,500-$4,000 per month

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Process and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Stay current on warranty policies, procedures, recalls, and technical bulletins
• Monitor and manage open repair orders to ensure timely claim submission
• Follow up on claims to ensure prompt payment and resolve discrepancies
• Review and resubmit denied claims or obtain necessary authorizations
• Maintain accurate warranty records and perform regular account reconciliations
• Support Service team members with warranty processes and compliance questions
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation while ensuring confidentiality
